Genuine Advion® Cockroach Gel Bait by Syngenta — the professional standard for cockroach control in the UAE. Supplied with its original printed Syngenta label and batch number; the box of 4 comes in the original sealed Syngenta box.
Active ingredient
Indoxacarb 0.6% — a non-repellent active powered by MetaActive™ technology. The compound stays inactive until it is metabolised inside the cockroach, which makes it highly selective to the target insect.
Cockroach species controlled
Advion controls all prevailing pest species, including German cockroaches (even gel bait-averse strains), American, Oriental, Australian, Brown, Smoky-Brown, Brown-Banded and Asian cockroaches.

Where to apply
Apply as a crack and crevice treatment in lentil-sized dots: kitchen cabinet hinges and joints, behind and under the fridge, beside the stove, under the sink around plumbing pipes, inside appliance motor compartments, and behind toilet bases. Suitable for residential, commercial and industrial sites, indoors and outdoors.
Dosage: 1–3 dots per 3 metres for light infestations, 3–5 dots for heavy infestations. Many small dots always outperform one large blob.
What's in each pack

The plunger and tip fit any tube, so one set is all the 2-tube pack needs — you simply move them across when the first tube is finished. One tube covers roughly 60 application points, enough for an average apartment.
⚠️ Critical: never spray repellent insecticide near the gel. Spray residue is the single most common reason gel bait fails — roaches avoid the treated surface entirely and never reach the bait.

Advion cockroach gel — common questions
How long does Advion cockroach gel take to work?
It starts working within 24 hours of a cockroach eating it. Light to moderate infestations usually show a clear drop within 1–2 weeks. Heavy infestations take 3–6 weeks with a second application at around week two, because the bait cannot reach eggs that have not hatched yet.
How many spots should I apply, and is one tube enough?
The label rate is small spots of about 0.5 g: 1–3 spots per 3 metres for a light infestation and 3–5 for a heavy one. A 30 g tube gives around 60 spots, enough for one treatment of a typical apartment kitchen and bathrooms. Larger homes or heavy infestations need two tubes or a box of four.
Is it safe around children and pets?
The active ingredient is activated inside the target insect by its own enzymes. Even so, always apply it as small spots in hidden cracks out of reach of children and pets, and follow the label instructions.
How do I know it is genuine Advion?
