One gel isn't always enough — use three at once
Some cockroaches stop eating one bait recipe. Offer three different baits at the same time — in separate dots — and every roach finds one it accepts from day one.
Advion (Indoxacarb)
The classic palatable matrix, with strong secondary and tertiary kill inside the nest.
Alpine (Dinotefuran)
A completely different active and food matrix — catches the roaches that refuse indoxacarb baits.
Advion Evolution
A newer matrix built to increase feeding and reduce bait aversion.
Use all three together for heavy infestations — or rotate them every 3 months for prevention.

Everything you need to know before buying
How long does Advion gel take to kill cockroaches?
Results begin within 24–48 hours, with a clear drop within 1–2 weeks and full colony control typically in 4–8 weeks with one follow-up application — the gradual action is by design so the roach carries the toxin back to dozens in the nest.
Is the gel safe around children and pets?
MetaActive technology bio-activates the ingredient only inside target insects. Always apply in hidden cracks out of reach and follow label directions.
Why might the gel not work sometimes?
Most common causes: surfaces contaminated by repellent sprays, placement far from harborage, competing food, or bait aversion. Contact us on WhatsApp for free guidance.
How long is delivery, and how can I pay?
Pre-order period: every order placed until 29 October is delivered on Friday 30 or Saturday 31 October. Outside this period we deliver across all Emirates within 1–3 working days. Delivery is free on orders of AED 249 or more, and you can pay by card online or Cash on Delivery.
Before you order — guides that answer your questions
Why our price is higher — and why that protects you
The UAE market is full of counterfeit Advion. A cheap tube that doesn't work costs you far more than a genuine one — in wasted weeks, a growing infestation, and eventually a pest-control bill.
Sourced through official channels
We buy only from authorised distribution channels for Syngenta and BASF products — never from grey-market resellers, whatever the discount.
Batch traceability
Every tube carries a readable batch number and production date. Ask us and we'll tell you exactly which shipment yours came from.
Proper storage
Gel is heat-sensitive. In UAE summers, a tube stored badly loses its palatability — ours are kept cool and dry from arrival to your door.
You're buying expertise too
Send a photo of where you applied the gel and we'll correct your placement free — the difference between a product that works and one that sits there.
The AoufPest guarantee
Receive a product you believe isn't genuine? Send us a photo of the packaging and batch number — if it isn't genuine, we replace it or refund you in full, no argument. In 9 years we have never had to.
