Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Given the health-sensitive nature of pest-control products, the following terms apply:
✅ Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery when:
- The product is unopened, sealed, and in original condition
- The product arrived damaged or broken in transit (please photograph on arrival)
- You received a different item than ordered
- The product is expired (impossible with us — but guaranteed anyway)
❌ Returns not accepted:
- For opened or partially used products — for health reasons, pesticide products cannot be resold once opened
- After 7 days from delivery
Important note on effectiveness
Not seeing instant results is not a product defect — the gradual action is by design to transfer the toxin into the nest (7–14 days for full elimination). If you see no improvement after two weeks, contact us for free application guidance — 90% of cases are simple application issues we solve with you.

- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days via the original payment method

رضاك أولويتنا. نظراً لطبيعة منتجات مكافحة الآفات الصحية، تطبّق الشروط التالية:
✅ نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام في الحالات التالية:
- المنتج بحالته الأصلية مغلقاً ومختوماً ولم يُفتح
- وصل المنتج تالفاً أو مكسوراً أثناء الشحن (يُرجى تصويره فور الاستلام)
- وصل منتج مختلف عما طلبته
- اكتشفت أن المنتج منتهي الصلاحية (مستحيل معنا لكننا نضمنها لك)
❌ لا نستطيع قبول الاسترجاع:
- للمنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة جزئياً — لأسباب صحية، منتجات المبيدات لا يمكن إعادة بيعها بعد فتحها
- بعد مرور 7 أيام من الاستلام
ملاحظة مهمة عن الفعالية
عدم ملاحظة نتائج فورية ليس عيباً في المنتج — المفعول التدريجي مقصود لنقل السم للعش (7–14 يوماً للقضاء الكامل). إذا لم تلاحظ تحسناً بعد أسبوعين، تواصل معنا وسنرشدك مجاناً — 90% من الحالات سببها أخطاء تطبيق بسيطة نحلها معك.
