1. About us

This website is operated by AUFYX FOR ONLINE SELLING, a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (E Trader Licence No. 1613342). Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aoufpest.

2. Products and intended use

We sell professional pest control products, including insecticide gel baits. These products are intended for pest control use only and must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's label instructions.

• You confirm that you are purchasing these products for lawful pest control purposes.
• You are responsible for reading and following the product label, including all safety, storage and application instructions.
• Products must be kept out of the reach of children and pets at all times.
• We strongly advise against use by anyone who is not able to follow the label instructions safely.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website.

4. Product information and accuracy

We make every effort to describe our products, their active ingredients and their expected performance accurately. However, product packaging, batch numbers and manufacturer formulations may change over time. Images are for illustration and the packaging you receive may differ slightly.

5. Results and expectations

Gel baits work gradually by design: the insect feeds, returns to its harbourage and the effect spreads through the colony. Typical results appear within 24–48 hours with substantial elimination over 7–14 days. Results depend heavily on correct application, the severity of the infestation, competing food sources, and environmental conditions. We provide free application guidance, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeframe in any individual property.

6. Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
• Payment options include Cash on Delivery and online card payment where available.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

7. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order and delivery details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, delivery is outside our service area, or the order appears fraudulent or non-genuine.

8. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the order.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used pesticide products cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Discount codes

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time, may be withdrawn at any time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for damage, loss or injury arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow the label instructions, or use in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, guides, articles, layout and design — is the property of Aoufpest and may not be copied or republished without written permission. You may quote short excerpts provided you credit Aoufpest and link to the original page.

13. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order, and to provide customer support. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Payment details entered at checkout are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

2. المنتجات والاستخدام المقصود

نبيع منتجات مكافحة آفات احترافية تشمل طعوم الجل الحشرية. هذه المنتجات مخصصة لمكافحة الآفات فقط، ويجب استخدامها بدقة وفق تعليمات ملصق الشركة المصنّعة.

• تقرّ بأنك تشتري هذه المنتجات لأغراض مكافحة آفات مشروعة.
• أنت مسؤول عن قراءة ملصق المنتج واتباعه، بما في ذلك تعليمات السلامة والتخزين والتطبيق.
• يجب حفظ المنتجات بعيداً عن متناول الأطفال والحيوانات الأليفة في جميع الأوقات.
• ننصح بشدة بعدم استخدامها من قبل من لا يستطيع اتباع تعليمات الملصق بأمان.

3. السن القانونية

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً للشراء من هذا الموقع.

4. معلومات المنتج ودقتها

نبذل كل جهد لوصف منتجاتنا وموادها الفعالة وأدائها المتوقع بدقة. ومع ذلك قد تتغير التغليفات وأرقام التشغيلات وتركيبات المصنّع مع الوقت. الصور للإيضاح فقط وقد يختلف التغليف الذي تستلمه قليلاً.

5. النتائج والتوقعات

طعوم الجل تعمل تدريجياً بتصميم مقصود: تتغذى الحشرة، تعود لمخبئها، وينتشر المفعول في المستعمرة. تظهر النتائج عادة خلال 24–48 ساعة مع قضاء كبير خلال 7–14 يوماً. وتعتمد النتائج بشكل كبير على صحة التطبيق وشدة الإصابة ووجود مصادر طعام منافسة والظروف البيئية. نقدم إرشاداً مجانياً للتطبيق، لكننا لا نستطيع ضمان نتيجة أو مدة محددة في أي عقار بعينه.

6. الأسعار والدفع

• جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي.
• نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت قبل تأكيد الطلب.
• تشمل خيارات الدفع الدفع عند الاستلام والدفع بالبطاقة حيث يتوفر.
• في حال وقوع خطأ سعري واضح، نحتفظ بحق إلغاء الطلب ورد أي مبلغ مدفوع.

7. الطلبات وقبولها

إتمام الطلب يُعدّ عرضاً بالشراء. وقد نتواصل معك عبر الواتساب أو الهاتف لتأكيد الطلب وبيانات التوصيل. ونحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب، بما في ذلك حالات نفاد المخزون أو وقوع العنوان خارج نطاق خدمتنا أو اشتباه الاحتيال.

8. التوصيل

مواعيد التوصيل ورسومه موضحة في سياسة الشحن. والمدد المذكورة تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. ويجب تواجد شخص لا يقل عمره عن 18 عاماً لاستلام الطلب.

9. الاسترجاع والاسترداد

يخضع الاسترجاع لـسياسة الاسترجاع. ولأسباب صحية وأمنية، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال منتجات المبيدات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة جزئياً.

10. أكواد الخصم

أكواد الخصم صالحة لمدة محدودة، ويجوز سحبها في أي وقت، ولا تُستبدل بقيمة نقدية، ولا تُجمع مع عروض أخرى ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك صراحة.

11. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون الإماراتي، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية فيما يتعلق بأي منتج على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابله. ولسنا مسؤولين عن أي ضرر أو خسارة أو إصابة تنتج عن سوء استخدام المنتج أو عدم اتباع تعليمات الملصق أو استخدامه بطريقة لم يقصدها المصنّع.

ولا يحدّ أي مما ورد في هذه الشروط من حقوقك المقررة بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك الإماراتي.

12. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات هذا الموقع — من نصوص وأدلة ومقالات وتصميم — ملك لـ Aoufpest ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن كتابي. ويجوز اقتباس مقاطع قصيرة شريطة ذكر المصدر ووضع رابط الصفحة الأصلية.

14. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، والنسخة المنشورة في هذه الصفحة وقت طلبك هي النسخة المطبقة على ذلك الطلب.

15. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم دبي بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
