Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver across all seven Emirates. Below are our delivery times, charges, the full remote-area list with its scheduled delivery days, and your cancellation rights — so you know exactly what to expect before you order.
Delivery times
- All Emirates: 1–3 working days from placing your order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day and often arrive the next working day.
- Remote areas: may take longer — see the scheduled days listed below, as some locations are served only on specific days of the week
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: AED 20
- FREE delivery on orders of AED 249 or more
- Remote area surcharge: AED 10 in addition to standard delivery
Important — please read before ordering: our courier applies an additional AED 10 surcharge for the remote locations listed below. Our checkout cannot calculate this automatically by area name, so this AED 10 is collected by the courier on delivery, together with your order total. You are free to decline the delivery at that point with no obligation, and anything you have already paid is refunded in full.

Your cancellation and refund rights
If we cannot deliver to your address — because it falls within a no-service area or the courier is otherwise unable to reach you — you will receive a full refund of everything you paid, including any delivery charge. No fees, no deductions.
If your area carries the AED 10 remote surcharge, it is collected by the courier on delivery along with your order total. You may decline the delivery at that point at no cost, and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 7–15 business days depending on your bank.
Payment
- Card payment online — pay securely by card when you check out on our website
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, at no extra charge.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Fridays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
